“Freeing the body leads inevitably to freeing the heart.” -gabriel roth.

It’s as simple as that.  When the pain has subsided in your body, you automatically feel free to choose healing and compassion in your heart.

Go.  Find Freedom. Move, run, laugh, talk, breathe, hug, and be free.

  1. Hi Lisa, I hope you remember me, I took some classes with you, unfortunately my groupon ended few weeks ago. I’m still taking classes, I found a place that offers yoga and kick boxing for the same price the full week ( I can go every day!). I would like to thank you, because you are awesome as a teacher and that’s why I keep taking yoga, of course is not the same, I can not compare classes and styles…but I’m still doing it. I miss your classes! Congratulations on your promotion!!! (sorry for misspellings and for the wrong used of the words) Namaste. Armando Rojo
