Ways to Boost Your Immunity…

Tip 1: Change your pH Balance by breathing.

Organ health depends on the pH level of your blood; ideally, your body is hovering around 7.3 - 7.5 on a scale from 0-14. Raising pH (to an alkaline state) increases the immune system's ability to kill bacteria because viruses and bacteria that cause bronchitis and colds thrive in an acidic environment. Your lungs are imperative in maintaining homeostasis in pH, which means even a few minutes of specific, intentional breathing can boost your immunity.
