7 Minute Foot Massage for Self-Care.

You don’t need to be a professional to give yourself a foot massage. Grab a tennis ball or a Myofascial Release Ball from RADRoller and spend 7 minutes rolling the bottom of your feet. Because many of the Meridian Energy Lines from Traditional Chinese Medicine originate in your feet (and because they are constantly crammed in shoes!) a quick stimulating roll on these tender toes can have a profound reverberation in the entire lower leg. Don’t worry about technique— just roll where it feels sticky and take deep exhales. This is a great way to enhance immunity, encourage fluid exchange and reduce swelling.
