How Yoga Can Alleviate Headaches

Did you know that you can alleviate cranial tension by applying gentle pressure to the acupressure point at the middle of the forehead (this is called the yin tang point)? You can also use a yoga block for Myofascial Release on the stabilizing neck muscles at the base of the skull. I use these techniques weekly!
