Reduce Shoulder Stiffness with Yoga

Imagine… a life without shoulder stiffness.

You get out of bed, stretch out your arms, roll your shoulders, and feel… nothing.

I still want you to feel amazing with Yoga Therapeutics, so try this “nerve flossing” technique that’s my favorite Yoga Therapeutics Practice when I have shoulder and neck stiffness. 

Try it:

➡️ Straighten your arm and effort your shoulder blade down away from your ear

➡️ Flex the wrist

➡️ Drop head to opposite shoulder

➡️ Take a full breath cycle

➡️ Extend the wrist (point the fingers toward your body)

➡️ Drop head to the same shoulder

➡️ Repeat with breath, toggling head and wrist 12 times

Pause and notice how it feels.  What sensations are present? 

Could you feel the “nerve stretch?”
