Day 16. Be Present.

Daily Gratitude Meditation: Be Present.

It is in the present moment where we are best able to embrace the good, the true, the beautiful.

Maintaining a state of Continuous Presence requires diligent awareness of our inner narrator and the mindful ability to continually bring our conscious thoughts back to that which is here and now.

The real gift of gratitude is that the more grateful we are, the more present we become.
