Daily Gratitude Meditation: Pause.

“We are cups, constantly and quietly being filled. The trick is, knowing how to tip ourselves over and let the beautiful stuff out.”  – Ray Bradbury. 

Today, find 10 minutes to sit quietly.

During this time breathe mindfully and quietly contemplate this sentiment: “My life is filled with…”

Allow the beautiful stuff to spill out.
