    Learn targeted stretches that relieve neck strain and support upper and mid-back mobility.

    Practice specific breathing techniques that promote mental clarity and end your class with brain-balancing contralateral movements to relax your mind and body.

    A Yin Yoga practice filled with acupressure points and rhythmic breathwork to enhance your mood. Class also includes short Myofascial Release sequence to relieve tension in the back body.

  • Emotional Re-Set Class

    Learn short and interchangeable sequences of breathwork, easy movement and acupressure point stimulation that re-set emotional stability.

    You'll do a little nerve flossing for the spinal column, a little Myofascial Release and a whole lot of smiling in this 20 minute class.

  • Extended Exhale Breathing

    Extended Exhale Breathing supports the parasympathetic nervous system and induce what is known as the "Relaxation Response," reducing stress and its potential negative metabolic effects on your body. It also combats insomnia and promotes relaxation.  

    This practice uses a 4 count inhale and an 8 count exhale.
