Investment
Advance payment for 6 weeks is due at time of booking.
Only ONE student from each Small Group needs to complete online booking.
The Full Investment will be split evenly among your Small Group Members prior to first class.
Even if a member cannot attend all 6 classes, Full Investment is required.
$43 per class; total $258 per person for 6 all weeks.

What to Bring
A Yoga Mat and a refillable water bottle.
I’ll provide everything else.
Each session Includes:
Targeted Yoga Therapeutic breathwork, Meditation and Self-Myofascial Release.
Hot towels, aromatherapy and hot tea are complimentary.

My office is located on the Kansas Side of State Line Road.
Parking is free.
Enter through the Main Entrance: glass doors facing East.
