Summer energy is vibrant and excessive and fun--

but all the extra can leave us feeling burnt out. In this pre-recorded yoga class, I'll teach you techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), yoga breathing practices and acupressure to both revive your energy and to“cool down.” This class is my signature style: Myofascial Release, breath-based flow and deeply healing Restorative Yoga.
