I Have a “Busy-Buzzy Brain”

I have a “busy-buzzy brain.”

It likes to flit from thought to thought and is easily overstimulated.

I have a hard time transitioning from one focus to the next focus.  

Sometimes it sounds like a little beehive in my brain.

I know I’m not alone in this. (Because… well… this is the primary reason that yoga was invented: to calm the fluctuations of the mind through focused breath and meditation.)

And I know the Holiday Season is a super chill time filled with absolutely no distractions, over stimulation or over-the-top expectations.

A reclined class that explores rhythmic techniques to re-set and refresh neurological rhythms.

Includes a rolled blanket under the arches of the feet to encourage mindfulness and increase body awareness. 25 minute class

“Balance Your Brain”

A class that reduces cognitive load to support your brain's vestibular system and help with your balance.

You'll start in diaphragm myofascial release with a rolled blanket under your belly and also practice 4 count, equal duration breathing. You'll end class in a seated position with eye strengthening exercises.  20 minute class


“Re-Set Your Rhythm”

A reclined class with special focus on neurological balancing and rhythmic breathing.

25 minute class

“Downgrade your Nervous System”

This Therapeutic Flow Yoga class that supports the plasticity of your nervous system by taking nerves through their full range of motion.
