Today’s Gratitude Practice: Breathe.

Although your body is always breathing, it is easy to forget about the miracle of each inhale and each exhale.

Today, use the yogic breathing of “Equal Duration Breathing” as a way of remembering Gratitude for the ease and balance of your breathing.
