  • No More Neck Pain

    Use simple movements to alleviate strain in your neck. End your class with a cooling yoga breath technique called sitali breathing that you can use any time throughout your day when you need to regulate and relax.

  • Serene Shoulders

    With a mix of gentle movement and Myofascial Release, you'll soothe shoulder stiffness. The whole class happens on the floor and ends in a seated meditation to help you feel serene in body, mind and spirit.

    Needed: 1 Myofascial Release Ball

    20 minutes

  • Ease Into Your Morning

    A practice to decrease stiffness and help you ease into the movement of the day.

    Needed: 2 Yoga Blocks and 1 Myofascial Release Ball

    30 minutes

    You'll use a strap, Myofascial Release and contralateral breathing techniques to relieve strain in your chest, beck and shoulders.
