3 Unique Gratitude Practices

We’ve all started a “Gratitude Journal” with the admirable intent of writing in it daily…

Only to forget about it completely within the same week.

We all WANT a life filled with Gratitude and a meaningful Daily Practice…

Only, we don’t know where to start.

✨ My “Daily Gratitude: 21-Day Challenge” is designed to help you start, structure and maintain a unique Daily Gratitude Practice that works for you.

These are just 3 of the Unique Gratitude Practices I feature in my “Daily Gratitude: 21-Day Challenge” which begins November 4.

1. Write an “Acknowledgements Page.”  Just like authors do, write down the names of seven people who are integral to the work and joy of your life. On your page, acknowledge these people with gratitude.

2. Move Mindfully. Research suggests that a daily gratitude practice reduces cellular inflammation, supports quality sleep habits and makes your body more resilient in the face of challenge. Today, move mindfully through a FREE Pre-recorded Yoga Therapeutics Class with me. Link in bio.

3. Breathe. Using a “clearing breathing technique” acts as a mindset ‘reset.’  It is a physical act of moving distractions aside and clearing out negativity so you can focus on Gratitude.

Practice a yogic clearing breathing technique called “Uneven Breathing.”

➡️ Inhale for 7 counts

➡️ Hold for 5 counts

➡️ Exhale for 3 counts
