Do you want better balance? (That’s a silly question, right?

No one actually wants to spend their day falling over.) 

A way to support better balance is to “wake up” your feet with 4 minutes of Self-Myofascial Release a day.

Don’t overthink it: just grab a ball and roll around the sole of your foot. You may find some tender, crunchy spots and want to take a few inhales and exhales to release this tension. 

Research suggests that Self-Myofascial Release increases spatial perception and proprioception, which is your brain’s ability to position your body in space. 

Rolling your feet daily will help your neurons make decisions to keep you upright and increase your sense of stability and balance.
