Three things that matter…
This sentiment from Jack Kornfield changed my life completely. When I remember to hold these "three things that matter" as my seminal heuristic, I experience an enormous sense of relief. I remember to spend my energy and my attention on what really matters and I diligently work on "letting go of the rest." I believe this encapsulates the yogic concept of aparigraha completely. What will you gracefully "let go of" today?
