Reflections: Gratitude Challenge

It’s something I look forward to in the mornings and it’s a nice change up from my usual 5 minute meditation/quiet time.

I loved getting my text message each morning knowing that I was sharing in Meditation, Yoga Classes, Guided Breathing, Journaling and Gratitude with each of you.

Because of your generosity, we donated over $200 to NewHouse Kansas City, which provides transitional housing for families leaving situations of abuse.

While at NewHouse, families are provided with therapeutic care, rides to job interviews, quality early childhood education, nutritious food and safety. It is a fantastic organization, healing and helping hundreds of families each year. @NewHouse_KC
