Summer Prenatal Yoga Classes in Kansas City

During this sacred (and sometimes uncomfortable) time of becoming a mama, you need Yoga Therapeutics. In a welcoming group class setting, you’ll learn the most effective stretches, myofascial release and breathing techniques for pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Prenatal Yoga Therapeutics can:
