Today’s Gratitude Practice: Write.

“Gratitude 1:5” is a simple writing practice.

It reminds me that the people I love and cherish are the greatest blessings in my life, not the things I own or accomplish.

“Gratitude 1:5”

Write down 1 Thing that you are grateful for.

Write down 5 People who make it possible.

Pause for 1 Minute.

Take 5 Mindful Breaths. 

Silently extend your Gratitude for your 1 Thing and your 5 People.
