Today’s Gratitude Practice: Breathe.

Gratitude isn’t solely an outward energy.

It is also an inward energy of receiving that nourishes the depths of your being. 

Today, use this mantra  “In, Out. Breathe, Receive” as a reminder to receive Gratitude with each breath.
