Acupressure for Stress Relief

An acupressure point that is particularly effective for relieving stress and anxiety is called “Kidney Point 27.”

It’s located just below the corner intersection of your collar bone and breastbone (clavicle and sternum). When you need a stress re-set, use the technique of “tapping” this point quickly with two fingertips for about 60 seconds while taking over-exaggerated exhales. Immediate gains and an immediate results.
