Fascial Health Teacher Training and Intensive

The Fascial System is an uninterrupted, continuous body-suit of connective tissue under your skin…

Over 250 billion nerve endings terminate in your fascia, which makes it's health VITAL to your nociception and pain management.

Did you know that long-held "yin yoga" style postures can re-hydrate tissues around upholding your spine that are under duress due to your daily postural habits?

Dehydrated tissues increase load on on vertebral discs leading to back pain, nerve compression and overall joint degeneration. Yin Yoga can help!

I love teaching about this!

Join me for this 30 hour module (CEU's available for yoga teachers but you don't have to be a teacher to join!) where we will learn the anatomy of the fascia, exploration of Yin qualities of a yoga practice and sequencing to balance the energies associated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian Lines. We’ll discuss new research on fascial health and learn how to safely and effectively teach Yin Yoga in group classes at all levels.

We will also discuss the benefits of pranayama to induce the Relaxation Response and positively affect the health of our connective tissues. Whether you are yoga teacher or wellness practioner looking to expand their knowledge and expertise or a student who wants to learn more about the fascial system and yin yoga I’d love to have you join me!
