In this course, you will learn how to:
explain the physiology of fascia and the importance of the fascial health
harness the mental and physical benefits of Myofascial Release
hydrate and heal connective tissue through the use of S-MFR tools such as RAD Roller products, yoga blocks and yoga bolsters
Incorporate S-MFR techniques into your yoga practice
identify common trigger points that cause referral pain and use S-MFR techniques to reduce discomfort
practice pranayama and systematic relaxation techniques to restore nervous system functionality and positively affect the health of connective tissues
Weekend Schedule:
Friday: 4 pm - 7 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 7 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 4 pm
(+ breaks for lunch)
