Have a stiff neck?
Try these 3 stretches:
1. Lean your head to the right. Take a deep breath and place your right hand on your left temple. Drop your shoulders away from your ears and relax your jaw.
2. Wrap your left arm behind your low back, palm facing away from you. Drop your chin to your chest and loosely press your shoulders behind you.
3. Keeping your left arm wrapped behind you, cross your right arm to your opposite knee. Lower your chin to your right collarbone to feel the stretch on the left side of your neck.
